Plant and Machinery
EC PLANT SECTION
We have following machinery under our EC plant section:
● 1 jacketed Tank of 10KL
● 2 jacketed Tanks of 5KL
● 2 Tanks of 3KL
● 1 jacketed Homonizer of 1KL
Manufacturing capacity - We can
manufacture 25KL within
8 hours in any emergency.
We have separate plants section for the formulation of 'EC', 'Herbicide', ‘Insecticide’, 'SC', 'WDG' and ‘Sand’. Every section has its own separate electric panel. Three Generators with capacity of 10 HP, 62 HP and 180 HP have been installed to maintain 24 hrs power supply. An underground storage tank of capacity 80KL has also been installed. We maintain full lighting and ventilation in the factory.
INSECTICIDE PLANT SECTION
We have following machinery under our Insecticide plant section:

1 ACM 30 with capacity of 4 Tons in 8 hours

1 ACM 10 with capacity of 1 Ton in 8 hour

1 Jet mill is under fitting
Manufacturing capacity- We can manufacture 5 Tons in 8 hours.
HERBICIDE PLANT SECTION
We have following machinery under our Herbicide plant section:
● 1 Reactor of 5 KL
● 1 Reactor of 5 KL with chilling and heating facility
● 1 jacketed Reactor of 1 KL with chilling and heating facility
● 1 Pulverizer with capacity of 1000KG per hour.
Manufacturing capacity - We can manufacture 6 Tons of powder and 8 KL of liquid in 8 hours.
SC PLANT SECTION
We have following machinery under our SC plant section:
● 2 Reactors of 3KL with Homonizer
● 1 jacketed Tank of 1KL with Homonizer
● 1 Receiver of 6KL with Stirrer
● 1 Dynamill with capacity 100 Ltr per hour
● 1 Dynamill with capacity 40 Ltr per hour
● 1 Dynamill with capacity 10 Ltr per hour
● 2 Mineral Water Plants with the capacity of 15 KL per day each
Manufacturing capacity – We can manufacture around 8 KL in 8 hours.
WDG/WSG PLANT SECTION
We have following machinery under our WDG plant section:
● 3 Granulators with capacity of 4 Tons each
● 3 Tray driers
● 3 Mixers of capacity 150 KG, 100 KG and 50 KG
● 1 Pre-blender of capacity 700 KG
Manufacturing capacity- We can manufacture 3 Tons in 8 hours.
SAND SECTION
We have fully automatic equipments with load cell and lift facility, giving us the capacity of manufacturing 1.5 MT in every 30 Minutes.
